We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on ReelSchedule subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all ReelSchedule orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email address you used to purchase, or contact us at support@reelschedule.com and we'll help you.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are also covered by the 30-day window from the renewal charge date. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation stops future charges.
