Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReelSchedule (the "Service"), operated by Akshay Kuber Kaushik ("we", "us", "our"), an individual sole proprietor based in India. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

ReelSchedule lets creators, businesses and agencies schedule and publish video and post content to their own YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Pinterest accounts via OAuth connections you authorise.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Unlawful use, fraud, or spam;
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Uploading malware or attempting to probe, scan, or scrape the Service;
• Circumventing technical limits, reverse-engineering, or reselling access.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the videos, captions, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (including publishing to the third-party platforms you connect). You are responsible for having the rights to publish anything you post.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, its software, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing frequency, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

7. Third-party platforms

ReelSchedule connects to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Pinterest through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make that affect posting.

8. Service level

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Scheduled maintenance and platform outages upstream may occur.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, credible security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

10. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud or personal injury).

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
